All company names, logos, service marks or trademarks
shown on this web site are the property of their
registered owners, and are used merely for effect and
to demonstrate print quality. They are not intended to
express or imply either an endorsement of their products
or services, or that we have printed an actual order
with any such imprint. When placing an order that requires
us to reproduce a registered logo, service mark or
trademark, you represent that you have the legal right
to have the logo reproduced on that product. In the event
of any claim, you will hold us harmless and free of
liability for any unauthorized use. Team logos created by
WHP, are not available to anyone other than the owner of
the design.
SHIPS IN 2 BUSINESS DAYS:
If the item states "SHIPS IN 2 BUSINESS DAYS"... your
order will normally ship by the end of the second
business day, NOT including the day you placed your order.
Business Days are Monday through Friday. Also allow for
DELIVERY TIME it takes UPS to deliver your package. This
will be based on your location, and the type of DELIVERY
you choose. We always select the most efficient and fastest
delivery. Your packages are shipped from Southern California.
UPS GROUND takes 1 delivery day for Southern California,
and 2 delivery days for Central & Northern California.

If you need your order ASAP, please contact via email or call us at
(888) 947-6444, so we can try to accomodate you. We may be able to fulfill
your order in your timeline.
CANADA CUSTOMERS - IF YOU LIVE IN CANADA:
Your order will be shipped by UPS or US Mail. We recommend
US Mail, as it is less expensive, but may take longer.
UPS charges a $25 broker fee plus the taxes for your area,
not included in our charges. Your order will incur Canadian import charges, taxes, PST
tarrifs, that we have not charged you. We only charge you
for the cost of shipping. Please call our office after

STANDARD RETURNS:
Please call our office for a RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning.
Non-Defective & Refused Order returns will be credited
back the price of the product minus a 10% restocking
charge.
SALE ITEMS:
Refunds for the difference in price of previously purchased
items that go on sale, cannot be honored. Sales items are
placed on sale because of a special WHP quantity purchase
and can only be honored for that batch of sale items.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
Defective products will be replaced with same like/kind,
and if we cannot replace, a full refund will be credited
to the exact credit card account it was charged to.
SIZE OF APARREL IS INCORRECT:
Return the product via US Mail (least expensive way) with a
copy of your invoice or web order, and a note stating
what size you would like to exchange it for and we will
ship you a replacement for no charge upon receipt of the
previous, unwashed, unworn, undamaged product. Your
satisfaction is important to us.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
No custom orders can be returned. Any product you purchase that
is not a standard stocked item, and/or have additional custom
embroidery performed on that product is not returnable.
INCORRECT ADDRESS CHARGE:
Any order that is shipped to the shipping address provided,
and is not a valid address, and/or is missing a Suite or
apartment number, or must be redirected, will be charged
$10.00, the same that we are charged from UPS. We try our
best to verify all addresses with UPS's system and the USPS
address database to avoid these errors, but is not always
possible.
